Missing Tube in Face Moisturizers
It's too early to tell if it works. We're removing 3 π because the manufacturer hasn't resolved complaints about the missing hose for the pump. I checked as best I could and it wasn't. The tube is removed and is in the lotion. You can't find a tube so you have to remove the cap and shake out the lotion for each use. It seems like an easy fix unless they increase profits by not delivering the tube and also paying someone to pocket it.
