Review on 🔥 Empava 30" Gas Stove Cooktop - 5 Sabaf Sealed Burners, NG/LPG Convertible & Black Tempered Glass - 30 Inch by Christopher Gulledge

The product has arrived and it is beautiful but only seems to be popular with Revain. I have 2 main issues with it and can't find any resources online to fix them. The Empava fingerprint is almost non-existent on the web and I have had no email response on their website. The first issue I had was that you have to hold the handle down for about 15 seconds before the flame stays or goes out. I assumed it was a thermocouple problem, but it occurs on all 5 burners. The second problem is the boiling mode; there is no noticeable transition from high to low flame. I understand that this is a common problem when changing the opening from NG to LPG; But other cooker brands have online resources to adjust the settings!
