NOT 3.5 " x 3.5 " - borders and decorations
I was very disappointed to see something as stupid as sizing. That means it's 3 1/2" x 3 1/2" and just over 2 1/2" x 2 1/2". If you want to cover an area of a certain size and a 2/3 size patch arrives, it says it will. that's ridiculous. I know it's only a few bucks, but my time, money, and patience are wasted on something as stupid as cheating on the size.
