Simple Operation: Brew

I have been brewing propane beer in an open shed. Lots of heat and increased CO levels. (Controlled) This system outperformed other similar systems during my selection process. Important were the 7.5 gallon capacity and the pump. An unmentioned 25-foot stainless steel radiator is included as standard. The panel is pretty easy to figure out, even without the accompanying manual. The grain basket can be disassembled for cleaning, but remains safe to use. An automatic timer after cooking is useful. It can also be configured with a transition schedule. A 20-channel circuit is required for use. My complaints are minor. One of the rubber feet on the basket broke off the first time it was used and fell into the wort. It no longer stays in the basket after heating. The sieve let some of the grain dust through if you finely grind. The lifting handle system is rudimentary and insecure. I could see it was an issue with erratic movement or bumping and tilting of the basket during use. Although it takes longer to reach temperature or boil than propane burners, it is completely self-contained. The pump is efficient and controllable. It lengthened my brew day, but some automation also makes it easier than a colder mash tun system.
