My husband and I have always wanted to learn how to brew our own beer at home and this is the perfect product to start our adventure. The guide has great instructions and is easy to understand. It is made of high quality stainless steel material. I like the LCD display and the user-friendly control panel. It was a great system for our first batch of beers.

I've waited 2 1/2 years to write this review to test reliability. This unit has been very solid and reliable for the 70 beers I've made. The only problem is that the detachable metal rinse basket and filter cartridge are slightly deformed, allowing some of the clog to get through. The electronics are solid. Unlike propane gas, the device maintains a constant temperature.

Guess who gets moonshine for Christmas? EVERYONE! This item is AMAZING! The box is massive but very well protected! It wasn't difficult to set up! It took my husband and I maybe an hour to get everything ready and ready! We spent a lot of time reading the instructions to make sure we did everything right and lo and behold we did it! Our first portion was delicious! If you're a home brewer or just looking for a new hobby, this is for you!

This thing takes a while to boil unless you insulate it with a shirt or something, but it's the same with any 110v kettle or even better than mashing brewers and boiling. The first brew was about 1,060 and I got some burnt stuff on the bottom. The next time I brewed, I pointed the pump outlet toward the center of the pot while boiling and I had no burned substance. I recommend doing this.

I bring grain. It even came with an immersion cooler so I didn't have to buy one. I found the instruction manual almost useless, but it's not particularly difficult to set up. The only thing that stood out was that one of the supports for the top grain screen didn't want the auger to go in. I didn't see any problems with the threads so I slowly tightened the screw and everything seems fine now. I have been brewing propane beer in an open shed. Lots of heat and increased CO levels. (Controlled) This system outperformed other similar systems during my selection process. Important were the 7.5 gallon capacity and the pump. An unmentioned 25-foot stainless steel radiator is included as standard.
