I, as a dog owner, was pleased to learn of TIMINGILA's offerings for canine companions. When I found out how long it takes for them to send packages, my enthusiasm soon waned. It took over a month for my package to appear, and I still don't have the poop bags or dog toys I ordered for my dog. During that time, I had to improvise methods for feeding and cleaning up after my dog, and he went without his usual treats and toys. When I approached TIMINGILA about the delay, I was given unsatisfactory explanations and no viable alternatives. It was obvious that they had no intention of putting the requirements of their customers first or providing service that met their expectations. As a whole, TIMINGILA is not a service I would suggest to pet owners who depend on on-time deliveries of high-quality pet supplies. It's not worth dealing with the stress and hassle.
