Not compatible with cheaper Wi-Fi options!
Great idea. if you have really super fast internet. I have xfinity wifi, the slowest and cheapest you can buy. And after installing these lamps. which took me over an hour. because they kept turning off and then I would have to reset them all in my 4 bulb ceiling fan. My internet isn't working anymore. We couldn't watch Netflix, our phones were turned off. It wasn't worth it if you can't pay for better wifi.
