Not waterproof, cheap plastic zipper, very flimsy and feels like it could be torn apart like paper
NOT worth $30. Very thin and cheap. Not waterproof. The zipper is a cheap plastic that has zipper issues. Very disappointed with this purchase. We came to visit Seattle and bought this for our trip to the 'rainy city', I shipped it to our hotel. I will DEFINITELY be returning it as soon as I get home and have time. Too bad because they go perfectly with my son's rubber boots.
