I’m 5’ 3” 160 lb. and I ordered a size 10. I ordered it for use as a yoga/ lounge bra and it is great for that. The pads in it are a little thicker than more expensive bras and are more visible for that reason (in the white. It may not be as noticeable in darker colors). But under a shirt you can’t tell. I have wide ribs and that causes the long line part to roll up a little, but that isn’t a surprise. Overall, for the price I’m very happy with it. It seems well made and the material is super soft.
