Very good product if your working in big teams

I liked how easy it was to implement as opposed to other solutions like NetVibes which seemed too hard at first but turns out they offer way more capabilities without needing additional plugins. Nothing dislike about it yet just looking for ways we can make things work better. Implementing an enterprise architecture system across 30+ sites around the world and making sure that everything runs smoothly with minimal downtime. I like how easy it was for me to learn it.

It's very user friendly. The customer support team are always willing to help you out with any questions or queries we have. Nothing really. We used this tool mainly when we were doing our project management.

Pros

Also having all information centrally managed makes life easier than before using excel sheets spreadsheets! No longer do u need these if there’s enough data stored within their product instead its self sufficient so no point importing anything else from somewhere different (from Excel Sheets) into something already present
