I have been a TIPS user for many years (since I removed my favorite acrylic nails) and have tried all products designed to strengthen nails. This is the only product that works for me. I apply it in the morning before I wet my hands/nails. And my nails are in great condition. Last fall, for my wedding, I got my nails done with gel, and when I finally took them off, my nails were paperwork, just like before I started TIPS.
