I've only been using it for a few days and I can already see the difference! For years I had small stains on my front teeth but I was embarrassed and now they are almost gone and my teeth look whiter overall. I wish there was an easier way to apply it to your toothbrush without wasting product, but oh well. I have mint, but it's pretty tasteless to me. Definitely recommend if your teeth are too sensitive for whitening strips like mine.
