I LOVE my new bath pillow! I've already tested a few pillows because my new "hobby" is bathing with candles, soft music... My absolute favorite so far. It's soft, comfortable, and stays attached to my tub without slipping (my biggest eyesore!). I have neck problems so I really like that the bath pillow has extra neck support and I can relax my neck muscles without slipping off the pillow. I was a bit surprised that one of the suction cups was squeezed a bit. I got in touch to see what I could do about this and the guys at ZenTyme got back to me straight away. Turns out it was just a matter of shipping but they were very kind and gave me a solution right away - all I had to do was boil the water for 2 minutes, pour it into a plate and... then press the suction cup against the plate, create a vacuum and let stand in hot water for 2 minutes. I then poured the water into the sink and removed the suction cup from the plate (which by the way was very easy as they have a latch) and it returned to its original shape (also a before and after photo attached). All in all I am very satisfied with my new bath pillow.
