They were easy to install, work great and there are no coasters on my desk. I bought two. I'm using two LG 29" 29UM-86 widescreen monitors. I've read some reviews about the difficulty setting the voltage. I haven't had any problems, although I think they should probably ship them with minimum tension rather than maximum. Install the top screw when wall mounting the bracket by installing the bottom screw first, then you can pull down the lever to install the top screw.Assembling the panel is easy because the brackets have cutouts.The installation of the top Screws on the monitor allow you to do this hanging while the bottom screws are installed and all four are tightened.The cable management clips on the bottom are a little tricky to put back on so pay attention to how they are installed if you need to remove them to pass the HDMI cable through.
