The system is very user friendly, it gets out of your way so you can focus on what's most important - reaching people with the gospel! They have been able to reach a wide demographic in our church through this platform. It has allowed us to see exactly who needs help when they come into the service or during the week. I've never had any issues working with them - they are great at keeping contact with me throughout the process. Nothing really that I dislike about their services. Take advantage of all of there features as far as training goes because there is more than meets the eye. Having an accurate picture of where we need the biggest push comes from knowing my target audience better. This also allows other ministries to know which areas we aren't hitting hard enough.
