OPRS Church Survey Review

The system is very user friendly, it gets out of your way so you can focus on what's most important - reaching people with the gospel! They have been able to reach a wide demographic in our church through this platform. It has allowed us to see exactly who needs help when they come into the service or during the week. This software is very helpful in finding out what your congregation wants from you as pastor or leader of this church, it also helps with creating new programs that will help reach more people! The ability of this software is that it can be used in any language, which makes communication easier between different countries or cultures with no problem at all! It's not so easy if you want something more specific than just an overview about your church (like what are our strengths/weaknesses). I appreciate that this tool is very easy accessible, no coding required! The customer service aspect of it also makes me feel like they want what's best in their church community as well as mine too!! The ability to create an online survey in just minutes, not weeks or months! This is a great tool that helps us get feedback from our people without them having to come into church. Sometimes it's hard finding out what questions would be of interest. It took me about 10 tries before I came up with one that was actually relevant.
