Bought to replace a more expensive blue and black flame Bluetooth meter of the same brand. While this one is significantly larger (which seems unnecessary), it has a MUCH better app. The more expensive model requires a sketchy Chinese account, which glitch requires you to use two devices to view. The charts are poor (100 amp scale for a 10 amp load, and banana plugs are so tight they break wires. This meter, although bigger and bulkier, works much better. The software doesn't require signup, it just works The UI is cleaner and it adjusts the range of the graph to your load (so you can see small changes at a 10 amp load.) It comes in a zipped pouch but doesn't fit in my toolbox Bluetooth connectivity can be used for automotive testing (graphing battery voltage, checking amp current, etc.), handy for building electrical work.I use an AC clamp most of the time, but I use wires when trying to find a switch for something.All of this with one iOS application (iPhone) This may not apply to Android users.
