Incredible quality for a cold weather coat

This would be perfect except unfortunately it's too tight and only minimally reflective. I followed the measurements and measured my dog again. So it should have been good in size XL, but I ordered XXL because Dobermans don't fit well and even XXL was too tight. It is too short in length and girth. I was very upset because it was going to be a great coat - it was easy to put on and kept warm for our climate.
