I like that it is easy to use for both technical people as well as non-technical users. It has helped us keep track of all aspects of our website, which makes managing changes very efficient. The ability to have multiple tabs open at once can be overwhelming sometimes but this does not seem to affect its overall functionality. If you need something simple then just stick with Google Sheets - there's no point paying more than $10/month when you could do the same thing yourself using Excel (or even better).
