Ouch! Fire hazard?!
Initially I really liked this lamp and was ready to buy more for other rooms in my house when I noticed scorch marks on the front and back of the bezel after about a month of use. The spot felt warm and the plastic had clearly melted. I immediately took it off fearing a fire. Unfortunately, my returns window has closed, otherwise it would definitely have been returned as defective. I should note that I live in the land of the midnight sun and we have very few hours of darkness at this time of year so the lights were on maybe three hours a day? Of course, working overtime isn't enough to overheat and melt! Buyer Warning!
