The buckle is easy to open. Not sure.

The buckle opens with the slightest pull and is not secure. My dog won't pull when walking/walks on heel and has come off 3 times in 5 minutes. When he finally had the strength to walk after the rabbit, I decided to just tie the leash around his neck while I went home to get a real collar. Luckily for us, the off-leash dog behaves well and returns immediately, but the situation could end badly for a puppy or an unprepared/aggressive dog. I will definitely be returning this product. Do not buy
