This is perfect to sleep. Roomy and spacious. Whether I have my fro, braids, or cornrow it stays on. I love that it’s adjustable i can make it as loose or tight and I’d like. I tuck the plastic adjuster in so there is no pressure on my forhead’s skin.I got this color to make sure there were no bleeding on sheets issue. I recommend.
