Bad results, very disappointed

Followed the instructions and went to dry the car. Noticed dried parts and areas that needed polishing. White spots penetrate all cracks, moldings and glass that are difficult to clean. The rubber seals on the doors also attracted attention. I was shocked that a company that makes great automotive products would sell this junk at inflated prices under their own name.
