Have been using for over a year and still happy. We have 7 adults in our house and we use this pan several times a day. We eat whole foods, eat plant-based foods, and cook without oils and fats. I fry onions, mushrooms, fajita vegetables, diced potatoes, asparagus, peppers, broccoli in this pan every day. anything I want to toast or grill and they don't stick. I cook on a gas stove, put it on two full burners and crank it full high to get it nice and hot, then reduce the flame to medium for most of the cooking. Now and then some water to deglaze and you're good to go. This is the best. It's also easy to clean, I either pour boiling water over it while it's still on the stove and scrape it off with a metal spatula, or when it's cold I put it in the sink and clean it with some baking soda. and a washcloth, and it sparkles clean every time. I have nothing but good things to say about this pan.
