I bought this chain to hold a bird urn pendant which I sadly lost. The chain arrived quickly and works very well. This is real sterling silver as advertised and I love the feel and weight of it. Part of the clasp broke a week ago. I'm pretty sure it was just a material defect as this chain is very well made and assembled. I really love it! Here is the important part for me. Customer service was great and my query was answered very quickly. They quickly sent me a new chain and apologized for the product defect. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I feel like the way they serve customers gives you a product they really stand for.
