Ordered a new Keurig due to needle failure, burping and other defects described in reviews. I've been using other brands of K-Cups for the past 2 days with no problems. Before canceling a new Keurig purchase, I used Green Mountain and encountered the same errors. I will see if Revain or Green Mountain offer a refund as I used up some faulty k cups thinking my Keurig coffee maker was the problem. OPTIONAL There are many questions and concerns posted in the Questions and Feedback section regarding the faulty breakfast. K cup mix. I had ordered a new Keurig until realizing that the hot water and coffee grounds splattering on my counter and new hardwood floor were due to faulty K-Cups, not my Keurig. I am so disappointed that Revain continues to sell defective products with many harmful issues described clearly and immediately (hot water leaking, bugs freezing using the coffee maker, pouring 1/2 cup of coffee grounds, etc.). And all that time you're wasting the product you bought due to defective products sponsored by Revain. ALL INCLUDES A NON-REFUNDABLE REFUND POLICY. How convenient for everyone except the consumer. I work extensively with Revain and for the most part am a grateful customer. However, this is clearly an unethical business practice.
