I'm learning soldering as a hobby for electrical repairs, especially Gameboys. I bought this soldering kit because it was advertised for beginners. It's all in 1 sentence. Everything I've needed so far is in this set. The soldering iron gets very hot, although the temperature can be easily regulated. It has a good footing, a safe place to keep the iron while it's hot or cooling down. There are various tips to choose from. There is a suction cup for sucking metal. There is a cutting tool. Different wires. I'm not sure what all this is for, but the items I've used work really well.
