Review on ExpertConnect by Ben Balas

The ease of use, quick replies (at least for our needs), ability to quickly change templates/styles with drag-n-drop or copy-paste from other sites is great! I also like that they are very responsive via email as well. One minor issue we have had so far has been when trying to get an approval through a quote request using V3 it sometimes does not send out notifications until 24 hours later which leads me to think there could be some issues in their back end system causing this delay. We primarily utilize expertconnect to keep track of quotes received. It allows us to easily share information between staff members who may work remotely without having to resort to emails being opened at least 10+ times before getting read by someone else - something easy to do within SharePoint itself.
