1. Item arrived in perfect condition with no leaks or damage to packaging.2. The product itself is great! I have shoulder length natural hair 3b/3c. I have never used salon hair brands but after trying to find a great line of products I decided to give this one a try. These products have worked so well on my hair. The shampoo and conditioner glide on great and are very thick so you don't need much. The smell reminds me of Starbucks Chai Latte! Very comfortable but thin, not too strong. The shampoo didn't separate my hair and let it dry, I could actually detangle it with my fingers. Both products feel very luxurious and moisturizing when used together. I'm very glad I tried it! 3. The price is great, you can easily spend double or triple if you buy it in beauty salon or cosmetics store. TRY IT!
