I bought this for my 2018 Honda Accord (EX-L Trim). I have replaced engine air filters after finding dealers willing to charge you an obscene amount of money for the installation. the best investment you will ever make. Inexpensive and easy to install. I assume it should take at least two years. It depends how much you drive.
