First of all, the company representatives are very helpful and sociable. I had a few questions before purchasing and they were answered quickly. It was a turning point for purchasing this device. After the purchase I had some questions and feedback on the setup and operation. Again, very quick response and very friendly to boot. If you look at this type of instruments, you know that there are some brands that have the same configuration, they can even be clones. KaKa Industrial not only has a great price, but also very helpful customer service. The instrument itself was well packaged. Some small parts were a bit loose in the packaging, but the unit arrived in perfect condition. Also well adjusted. The device is coated with Cosmoline (protective varnish) but is almost ready to use after cleaning, mounting the handle and placing it on the table. This works very well. I used it to make aluminum sheet metal parts for my 1/10th scale RC car collection. After a month of use I am very satisfied with the product. This can be an outdated tool as it is well made and will last a long time. When you need a tool of this size and type, KaKa is an excellent choice for suppliers. Price, quality, communication all great. One of the best tool purchases I've ever made.
