Review on πŸ‹οΈ 4-Way Adjustable Knee Brace Support for Patellar Stabilizing, Mensicus Tear, Ligament Injuries | Non-Slip Fit for Men & Women by Chakravarthi Ladner

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I try very hard to write an appropriate review

Well I'm 73 and have bad knees. Both had a broken bolster and joint, as well as tears, sprains and dislocations around each knee. ACL, PCL or whatever and everything else on both rounds. SERIOUS. I also ski a lot. Double diamond skis, steep and deep. My right patella is dislocated; I've seen X-rays and they "ring" when I walk down the stairs. TAAAAAAA maybe the EXOUS aren't perfect for my knees, especially R. Because the Exous are pretty light and the stabilizing pads on the sides aren't that stiff. I do like the design though, which allows it to be pressed firmly against the kneecap for pretty good stabilization. Before Exous I used other braces that were pretty good and stronger than Exous. Just wanted to try a different design to see what happens. The difference seems to be this: When I actually ski, I feel like my knee pain decreases with Exous. In the past, after about 4 hours of intense skiing, my knees became too painful to continue and I had to stop. Now, with Exous (I have them on both knees), there is virtually no pain while skiing. But: the next day? A little MORE pain than before. It lasts about 1-1/2 days and then I get back to normal. SO: What about Exous and what about the passage of time and the fact that I can't keep myself away from massive shit, thick rubble and brittle crust and I'm 73 f***ing 73? I do not know. Beats me! But in the end I think for most average skiers with usually sore knees and not TOO complicated injury history I think the Exous is a good choice and I would recommend buying it. Or her if for both knees. For your health!
