The user interface was very intuitive so it took me little time in getting familiar with its use.

A few functions could be made more effective by adding some customizations like filters etc., but this can't really be said about any other aspect apart from the UI itself which I found quite pleasing overall. It's definitely worth trying out if you are looking at one such solution for MS CRM integration purposes. Inbuilt synchronization between the two systems has been greatly improved thereby facilitating greater productivity levels.
