They are labeled YOUTH but I can tell you they don't suit girls as well as boys. They hang a lot in the crotch area and she can wear them under her clothes, but she won't want to wear them as her clothes because of the "big saggy crotch" my niece will give her. I have to admit it was quite saggy and even a little boy can feel a little saggy. Now the material is really strong and a lot better quality than the standard old white stuff we've had for the last 100 years. The cut is also very different, look at the back photo to see the slit, it's not straight down the middle or on the hips, it's curved at the back. We are a mens size for this plus size product and it is made exactly the same and I can wear it myself and so can my husband. Both the large and small sets look great and feel great and will keep you warm but this particular item is most likely not designed for girls but they make them specifically for girls. *If this review helped you make an informed decision about this.
