I LOVE this headband. I argued for a long time about the price and then decided to give it a try. This is now my favorite headband. I won't wear anything else. (In fact, I'm wearing it right now!) The other straps were too tight and gave me a headache. not this one. Others slipped off the head, even with silicone/rubber backs. not this one. When I'm training hard and my head is sweating a lot, I *might* need to readjust (I can only remember doing it once or twice). When I wear it to work it lasts all day without me even thinking about it. Go and put the money down. you will not regret it.
