I ordered these along with the windshield cover and it's the easiest thing ever! A lot of people at work asked where I found them. You simply place the cover on the side mirror and fix it with the bracket. There is a plastic handle at the end of the rope that you can use to close the door so no one walks with it, but I haven't tried it yet. I find it difficult enough to attach the sides of the windshield cover to the door without adding anything else. The mirror pot holder can be put on and taken off with gloves or mittens. The material is thin, strong and slippery enough to roll off snow and sleet instantly. I fold my windshield cover and stow it in Mirror Mitz's cover.
