I ordered this iron/steamer for quilting and ironing freshly sewn pieces. When you are connected to the network and press the blue button, the water pump starts. There was no water in mine but after calling tech support on 800# I now know. Vibration was my concern, hence my call. The company immediately answered the phone and I asked for technical support. They answered immediately. I received an immediate answer to my question. The steamer/iron is easy to use and feels good in my hand. I don't find it too difficult either. Heats up quickly and starts vaping quickly. It produces a lot of vapor. After placing it upright with the kickstand unfolded, I noticed a drop of water on the included pouch where I placed it. I filled it with water to the point of overflowing. Maybe I shouldn't have. It didn't bother me as it was just a drop. I think the stand, which I don't use often, should be built-in and doesn't need to be folded. I like the 3 pin grounded plug and the power cord is long enough for my use. I don't think I need to use an extra storage pouch but the silicone side to place the steamer/iron on his face is top notch. I love it. The brush and lint attachment work well. A cup of water to fill up works great too. Finger grips work well. The 2 indicators are clearly visible, as is the blue on/off button. The sole is covered with Teflon. I only gave it 4 stars due to the lack of temperature control, but I can understand why it isn't. First off, this is a steamer, not an iron. I will use it for ironing small items and steaming from time to time and I will leave large items for my iron.
