Best open source tool - it saves my money and gives us control
I love that you can make changes at any time without having to pay for an upgrade or waiting months before getting support from their team! It took me about 10 minutes of research online but once i figured everything out there was no problems with this software. Honestly its not bad so far other than some minor bugs here & there (which they are working hard towards fixing). If cakeboss works well enough then why would anyone use another product? The biggest benefit in using bb as opposed to competitors like zenkit/cake builder etc., Is being able to change things around whenever we want rather than paying monthly fees when our needs have changed over those periods.
Pros
- Easy interface, responsive customer service , fast shipping times all within 3 days since ordering my first system :) also easy access via phone call if anything goes wrong during installation / setup process very helpful staff members who speak Spanish which is important because most people don't know english too much.also it's relatively cheap compared to others..and free trial period gives us opportunity test drive how good program really looks

- I don't really have any dislikes about this, everything is just fine
