I haven't felt this good in years

I started eating cookies and cream shake two weeks ago. I'm just replacing breakfast with this smoothie and let me tell you I haven't felt this good in years! I was diagnosed with PCOS and told I needed a complete lifestyle change. I exercised and tried to eat right, but nothing helped. I usually don't eat breakfast in the morning because I've been nauseous all day. I started drinking one of those breakfast smoothies, using unsweetened almond milk instead of water. It makes me feel full for most of the day. I don't snack between meals and have lunch, which is usually a healthy soup or fried chicken salad. Then for dinner I eat brown rice, vegetables with good protein, like chicken or fish. I've lost 4 pounds and haven't been this happy in a long time. This smoothie gives me energy for the day at work, keeps me full throughout the day which helps me not to overdo it for my other two meals. I would recommend it to everyone, the taste isn't great but it's definitely not terrible. Your body will thank you, believe me, I look forward to this smoothie every morning.
