Item arrived on time with no damage. But the product is of poor quality. The screenprint on the grid lines is smudged in places and illegible. The tablet has a very uneven backlight and is not very bright on the highest level. However, the electronics work smoothly and properly. Acrylic is very thin and breaks easily. I don't like giving negative reviews, but like I said, this product isn't the best.
