Review on 👟 DADAWEN Kid's Outdoor Hiking Athletic Sneakers: Trail Running Shoes for Active Kids (Toddler/Little Kid/Big Kid) by Bradley Wacks

UPDATED: I gave these five stars first because they looked well built and my 4.5 year old son said they were comfortable. However, I have now downgraded my rating to 2 stars. These shoes lasted less than 3 weeks and had to be replaced due to a hole in the sole and socks falling apart. In this price range, a wearing time of 2-3 weeks is not acceptable. At first I thought they were comparable in quality to more well known brands like Merrell, Keen etc. That's not true. I actually replaced them with a pair of Merrell shoes for my son which only cost $12 more and are clearly MUCH better in terms of build quality. I could be wrong but the Merrells look a lot beefier, I expect them to last a lot longer than these [Another update almost a year later - the Merrells are actually MUCH better than these. Not only has my son been wearing them for a few months, they are still in perfect condition and my youngest son will be able to wear them when he is older]. I don't think this review applies to all sneakers from these Chinese brands, I suspect some of them are probably good value for money. But in this case - do yourself a favor and spend a little more money on a quality brand - they are DEFINITELY worth the extra money.
