It was a great purchase. I don't use the Alexa feature as I don't have it, but I do use the app and per socket timers extensively. It's so nice when my light turns on automatically in the evening and turns off at night when I'm about to fall asleep. I also have a TV and it turns it off and back on when I fall asleep with it on. Definitely recommend and buy again. I also saw another review commenting on app permissions - as far as iOS is concerned the only permission I have set is my location when using the app.
