Review on Kinesense DEM by Keith Harris

I like that it's easy to use, fast running software which can be used by multiple users at one time without any problems with file access permissions etc.. It works well in my environment but needs some improvements here and there as far user management goes; however this could easily solved if we have enough resources available (it has all you need) - The application doesn't provide us much benefits over other similar applications out there so no harm done using another product unless cost issues kick-in ;-) Great customer support from Salesforce / SFDC side too! A must buy!! We are solving data transfer between different domains of our organization within same org hierarchy level where 2nd line managers look after their employees who work under them while 1st Line manager looks into larger picture i.e business process flow & performance analysis across these units/depts.
