Total disappointment, the product is terrible.

Constant problems with paper jams, its absence when in fact its full tray. I generally keep quiet about ink and heads. Don't ever buy this.
Got pros:
This is the worst purchase in my entire life. It takes at least half an hour for any operation, even for printing one page.
Its cons:
Slow speed, crap software, constant errors out of the blue.
The software constantly fails to do simple things like connecting to wi-fi or printing a document.
