For the first few days of use, this was a great monitor. You can absolutely tell the difference from a monitor that only supports 60Hz with a 5ms refresh rate to 240Hz with a 1ms refresh rate. And only on this occasion the monitor gets 5 stars. However, I deducted a star due to the terrible location of the port and power supply. All ports and power are in a slightly recessed area next to the VESA mount. If you're not careful (and this is shown in the actual documentation), you can literally crush the DisplayPort/HDMI connector or the cable itself when trying to route the cable with the monitor arm. If you twist it in a certain direction, it will exert tremendous vertical pressure (it connects horizontally at right angles to the back of the monitor), which can permanently damage either the connectors or the cable itself. In my opinion, this is a terrible design flaw that deserves at least 1 star deduction (and a try to comment on it). Because of this design flaw, I had to remove the monitor arm and stick with the standard stand until I figured out how to position the arm properly so it can't be accidentally broken by pushing the monitor against the wall, where it destroys the hand. For the Prime Day price I bought it for, it was worth buying. However, at its typical price, look for another monitor with vertical connectors that connect parallel to the back of the monitor, which offers a much lower risk of damage when using a monitor arm.
