update. The seller quickly sent me a third keyboard to test. So far it has been reliable (about 1 month). Update: I was able to get it working again. I hope it was only once. I'm giving 3 stars because it's not as reliable as my previous keyboard. The seller is surprisingly quick to respond and more than accommodating in trying to resolve my issue. Update: pairing issues on the replacement keyboard. After returning, the window closed. very disappointed. Update: I got a new keyboard and it has worked flawlessly so far. I like it very much and would recommend it, especially since the seller was very nice and fixed the problem immediately. Update: After contacting Amazon to troubleshoot this was unsuccessful. I contacted the seller and he responded very quickly and sent me a new keyboard. I will continue to update my review when I receive the keyboard and if it works properly. The seller was VERY quick to try and get it right. They were also very friendly and accommodating. I liked my newest keyboard. I paired it once and never again because it was amazing. I've been using it for 2 years. I tried a backlit keyboard that can be paired, so I returned it. Then I bought this one. It connected immediately and worked for 7 days before disconnecting. Now there is no pairing. I don't know how to solve this problem. If you press the button, they will mate or not. If they aren't, then there's nothing to be done. I don't understand how a little thing makes or breaks a product. I don't understand how it doesn't happen immediately and consistently when it's such an important part of how the keyboard works. We give back another. Very disappointed!
