Finally the secret to making cake batter

I've struggled for years to learn how to make cake batter. Tried to roll between wax paper, parchment, right on the counter. Always frustrating. I've never been able to get it right without tearing it up, or making this beautiful craft piece by throwing onto my transfer needle. Read about it in Beranbaum's Bible about cakes and confectionery. Problem solved. Doesn't matter. We make more cakes. The disappointment is gone. I can also highly recommend the book.
