Transfers too much heat to hands
Mittens fit well, provide enough support but don't withstand heat very well. Mittens allow too much heat from the baking sheet or casserole dish to be transferred through the gloves to your hands from the oven to the counter or hob. We kept them to please them, but after months of negotiations we decided to order another pair from a different brand/seller.
