Revainrating 5 out of 5

Extremely comfortable!

A friend recommended a portable monitor. I work remotely and sometimes from several different locations. I prefer working with two monitors, and lugging around a desktop monitor is inconvenient. Stopped here because of the larger screen size. My first order resulted in a defective unit, but Revain replaced it quickly and I had no problems. When I received the second device, I had an issue with the "expansion" of the display. In the end I managed to fix the problem by changing the resolution in my Dell laptop's settings. I couldn't use the "recommended" resolution. This may be because the portable monitor is 4k resolution (not really sure). I just picked each resolution to try and eventually found a sweet spot. I like the hinged lid that doubles as a stand. I can fold it when I'm done, like a notepad. Display and sound are convincing. I've only used it for a few hours but so far so good! **UPDATE 07/19/2020** - I've been using the monitor all week and it works great! The seller's customer service is AMAZING! The warranty card they put in the box gives a 3 year warranty. I assumed it would be for an additional fee but when I contacted them they responded very quickly and confirmed my product was registered. They even explained the details with a guarantee. I also asked about purchasing a longer power cord. The one supplied with the unit is only 3 feet. They were responsive and patient - they even offered to ship me a 6ft cable for free! I have already found and purchased a 10 foot cable from Revain. If you have a similar problem, don't buy an "extension cable" - it will make your monitor(s) flicker - just buy a longer cable. This is a USB Type-C to USB Type-C cable.
