After my cataract surgery my distance vision was great but up close it's worse. I bought them thinking I could use them for computer monitoring, reading etc and just browse them to watch remotely. That will not do. However, they are excellent readers. These are quality frames as beautiful as any real glasses I have had. The lenses are very clear and the multi-coating gives them an interesting effect. If you look at the glass at an angle, they appear yellow. When looking through, they appear clear. However, they definitely block blue. The colors are changed, but you get used to it very quickly. I forgot I was wearing them and started editing photos. The colors of the photos I corrected with glasses are just as natural as without. Your brain compensates for the color change by making everything appear normal in a very short time. Did they affect my sleep? Not really. Do they reduce fatigue? Clear vision reduces eye strain, but I don't notice a difference when blocking blue light.
